What is BHRT?
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) is a treatment for the hormone deficiencies most frequently associated with menopause and aging. Hormone therapy can help with the many symptoms of menopause and aging including hot flashes, insomnia, headaches, loss of cognitive function, libido, weight gain and dry skin.
