What is FirstLine Therapy?

FirstLine Therapy (FLT) is a 12-week therapeutic lifestyle change program that has been proven effective in clinical trials. Proper diet is a key component to a healthy lifestyle but too many "diet programs" stop there. FLT is not about dieting, it is about achieving health, both physical and mental, through education and commitment. FLT addresses your lifestyle and aims to help you improve your health and prevent disease through four key areas: nutrition, exercise, stress management and sleep.
